Savings Plan for Patients

Our compassionate team understands that not everyone has access to dental insurance. That is why Dr. Pilgrim is proud to offer our Smart Smile Savings Plan to give all of our uninsured patients an opportunity to receive the preventive care they need. If this is the case for you, we invite you to check out the details of our in-house plan below.

$350/Year

This plan is $350 a year with a one-time $25 set-up fee. Plus, there is no deductible, yearly maximum or waiting period as a member.

If you do not meet the requirements for a regular cleaning, you will receive a discount for the price of a cleaning to go toward the price of your periodontal cleaning.

The Smart Smile Savings Plan cannot be combined with CareCredit®, insurance or any other discounts. The Smart Smile Savings Plan discount is also not applied toward nitrous, non-intravenous sedation or nightguards.

Four decay-detecting X-rays
25% off crown, bridge and implants
15% courtesy on all other services (i.e. filling, root canal and extraction)
A panoramic X-ray after five years of continuous membership
$300 in-office teeth whitening
15% discount for root canals
